How it works:
The ImmersionRC PowerPlay acts as an external digital video recorder (DVR). Instead of recording onto MiniDV tapes, it captures the live video output from the Handycam and saves it directly onto the microSD card.
Simply turn on the camera and PowerPlay, point and shoot, then transfer the recorded files straight to your phone using the included microSD card reader.
Please note: This tapeless setup is intended for video recording only. Photos taken using the camera’s photo function are not captured by the PowerPlay, as it records the camera’s video output rather than functioning as a memory card for the camera.
